The Women's department is lead by Carol Cooper.
Her team provides teaching and encouragement for the women of LCM.
The aim of the women's department is to facilitate the Spiritual development of each lady, young or old, in order for them to reach their potential and fulfill the call of God in their lives.
There are mid-week sessions that are split according to gender in which the women are able to discuss topics of relevance and spur each other on towards love and good deeds (Heb 10:24 NIV).
