Sister lana has impacted many lives over the years, she sacrifice herself as a true servant of God ministering to everyone she came accross. As one of the founding member of LCM she help to bring the gospel of salvation to many lost souls. She was given as a light to her generation she ran the race and is now resting with her Lord and saviour Jesus Christ. We should let her life be an example to us as we rest in the hope of seeing her again.

One of my first memories of Sister Lana was her pulling my dress up! It took me a while to realise that she was saying my dress was too low - I appreciate and respect her for what she stood for. Her last words to me were very very encouraging. On Sunday 9th December, I gave her a gift and said God bless you - the last Sunday she was at church - she said thank you, I really needed that. She looked well and I am blessed that she was the First Lady of LCM - the church that I attend. No one can take her place. She has gone to be with the Lord!

Darling Sister Lana, You were a true inspiration. We admired your passion, drive, and love, and aspire to be more like you. We have modelled our marriage on the principles you and Pastor taught us and the example you gave us. We can't believe you're gone and will miss you so much.

We admired Sister Lana for many things - her faithfulness and dedication to the work of the kingdom, her spiritual insights and anointed teaching. But the depth of her faith in God and her unwavering commitment to holding on to His promises was truly inspiring. She has shown us through her life what it means to be a woman of God.

Sis Lana we grieve because we miss you but even in the midst of our grief we thank God for the privilege of knowing you and being a part of your life.

I attended Sunday School between the ages of 3 and 11 - I'm now 25! I'm proud to be a product of Sister Lana's dedication to sowing a seed in people's lives. Proverbs 22:6 says "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it" - she did this for so many people including me and some of my cousins and I will remain eternally grateful. May she rest in perfect peace as she goes to join the angels.

To MY second mother your affectionate smile and the stroking of my head will be sorely missed, you will always have a place in my heart. Your words of wisdom, instruction and the principles that you stood for are a reflection of your strong faith.

As I sat with you one sunday after church not too long ago you unveiled words of kindness and encouragement to me it would have seemed more fitting for it to be the other way round but such was your character to think of others before yourself.Such love.

For me your life embodied the word TENACIOUS you never let go of believing in God, you held your family and LCM church close to your heart with persistence, diligence and prayer. This tenacious spirit was evident in your life and it is an example to my wife and I, that same spirit must live on in us and others that have come to know you through your affectionate smile.

When I came to London the first time, I arrived as a backslider. Nearly two years later, a friend of mine came to visit me in London, and asked if I can accompany her to a church she wanted to visit. Reluctantly I went along, just to be a good host. After that first service, something happened, something that would eventually lead to me returning to Christ.

Having rededicated my life to Jesus I could have chosen any other church to call my home church, but the humility of Pastor Jimmy and the contagious love of Sister Lana made me start attending LCM.

We miss your smile Sister Lana, it was so warm and sincere; it made anyone in your presence feel at peace. Your passion for sunday school was also very evident, cause I remember that everytime you went up to announce a sunday school event, I would feel so guilty if I didnt donate. You were a true mother to all in the church.

You are in a better place now, you've fought a good fight and inspired a generation. Please please say Hi to brother Mzi for me, I know how fond he was of you, he will be ecstatic to see you.

Till we meet again.

Mother Lana Austin
For all the countless lives you have impacted and all the souls you have introduced to God. You were one of gods great tools and I believe that God has prepared a Large mansion for you in heaven.

You will be missed but never forgotten, your big smile and the love you showed to many will continue to impact lives. ( If it wasn't for you sis Lana, myself and many members of my family may not be in church serving God )

Thank you !!!!
