​The Men's department is lead by Conrad Wilson. 

His team provides teaching and encouragement for the men of LCM. 
The aim of the men's department is to facilitate the Spiritual development of each man, young or old, in order for them to reach their potential and fulfill the call of God in their lives. 
There are mid-week sessions that are split according to gender in which the men are able to discuss topics of relevance and spur each other on towards love and good deeds (Heb 10:24 NIV).
